Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, we will process it within two (2) business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. While we strive to deliver your package within the estimated timeframe. Normaly the delivery time within Sweden is 3-5 days and EU states 7-10 days. Please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times. The estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout.


For most orders, we provide tracking information that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information may not be available for all international shipments, depending on the destination country’s postal service.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on various factors, including the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for certain order values or during specific promotional periods. We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in EU by ePacket or EMS and planning a future expansion to USA by USPS as well GLS.

Shipping to EU Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Order Modifications and Address Changes:

Once your order is placed, it may not be possible to make changes or modifications. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated once the order has been processed.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our shipping carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery depending on their policies. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer support team to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take great care in packaging and working with reliable shipping carriers, occasionally, packages may be lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.
